If you've always wondered if older women like younger men, the answer is a resounding yes. But is that attraction enough to make mature women want to date guys who are younger than them? The answer is also yes, and here's why.
Companionship And Company
Having a companion to share experiences with and talk to was by far the most popular answer for women.
"53% of women listed having someone to talk to and do things with as their single most important reason for dating"
Many of these women have reached a point in their life where they are well into their careers and on sound financial footing. Now they are interested in finding someone great to share their lives with. This does not necessarily mean marriage, thought it does for some, but an interesting younger man to take an already great life to the next level. So one of the best ways to attract an older woman is to give her experiences that older men can't.

Older women have often been married before or have decided not to marry out of choice. In both cases these women are in no hurry to jump into a committed relationship without spending some time getting to know their love interest and having fun. This should not be any cause for alarm for any commitment averse younger men, commitment is not necessarily the main reason older women are dating younger men.
Here Comes the Bride
Tied in response volume with "finding a partner to live with" is "finding the right man to marry".
"Finding someone to marry was the primary reason for dating for 7% of women"
If you combine this with those women primarily looking to find someone to live with we have 14% of older women who are looking to immediately jump into a serious committed relationship. That is MUCH lower than most younger men realize. Again, older women are dating younger men for many more reasons than marriage.
Contrast this with older men who date younger women. Most younger women want to date a mature man because he's stable and possibly dependable. However, many older men prefer to date younger women because these women are simply sexier for them. Talk about a huge difference!
Find A Young Stud
The last of the top reasons why women date younger men is all about sex.
"Fulfill my sexual needs was the top reason for dating for 2% of all women"
This may seem like a small number but it really falls into the same categories as reason number one and reason number two. Combined, we see that 74% of older women are primarily interested in enjoying their life and spending their time with someone who feels the same way. That doesn't mean that they are not open to a relationship along the line, they may be. At this point however they want to have fun.
With the knowledge that every time you message or talk to a cougar that there is 74% chance she is looking for fun, you need to make sure that she gets what she wants! Even the 14% who are primarily focused on a long-term relationship will want to have fun. If there is one thing you should take away from this post it is that GIRLS JUST WANT TO HAVE FUN!
